i enjoyed my stay. every staff member i interacted with was cute and helpful. the room design was very efficient (i was impressed), even with the compact size it felt spacious. the rooftop offered amazing city views and great cocktails. i particularly appreciated the coffee availability at 4 am.
i noticed the top floor bar was quite noisy. the bottom floor bar could have had a few more snack options. these are very minor points though.

staff provided really good service and were very friendly. ambassadors were helpful with check-in and check-out processes. they assisted with directions and offered useful recommendations around the area. the team resolved issues quickly.

the rooftop bar featured varied seating options and fine views. the hotel provided seamless self check-in and check-out via tablets. it has comfortable seating areas ideal for lounging and reading. a gym is available.

coffee was available for order every morning (a real bonus for early risers). there was a good cocktail selection at the rooftop bar. i enjoyed the variety, it seemed quite fresh. the breakfast area was comfortable.

the location provided easy access to different areas. multiple bus stations were nearby. the hotel offered free wi-fi (a plus for staying connected).
The entrance had scaffolding, a bit of an eyesore. the revolving door was quite small and made entry difficult. the room felt quite cramped. The width seemed to be just the width of the bed.

The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The air conditioning didn't work properly. It was set to 18oC, but there was no noticeable drop in temperature. The handheld showerhead was dirty, and water leaked from the hose connection. It really bothered me.

i liked the practicality of the room design. efficient check-in and check-out was convenient. i could easily control room appliances such as blinds and lights.
the sink was quite small. there was definitely room for a shelf to add more space. the gym felt very small. it seemed best suited just for a run or cycle.
